BEFORE PLACING A COMMISSION

  • Please do not commission me if you're not willing to accept my conditions.

  • I can't change my art style at will, please keep that in mind.

  • The commission is for PERSONAL USE ONLY unless agreed upon.

  • Feel free to reach out to me anytime if you have any questions!

GENERAL TERMS

The artist reserves the right to:

  • Decline, cancel, and refund a commission request at any time for any reason.

  • Retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.

  • Use the artwork and its WIPs in their portfolio, social media, or for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon.

  • Resell whatever was sent and make profit off of it in case of a charge back from the client without any prior notice.

Commission details:

  • This art commission covers digital art only. No physical product will be provided.

  • Client will provide the Artist with a detailed description of the desired artwork, including size, style, subject matter, and any reference materials. The Artist will provide an estimated quote based on this information.

  • The client is entitled to 3 rounds of minor revisions (e.g., color adjustments, small details) free of charge during the sketch phase. Additional revisions beyond this scope may incur extra fees.

  • Turn-over time will range between 1-4 weeks, and may be delayed due to the complexity of the piece or unforeseen circumstances. I will inform the client beforehand.

  • Upon completion, the artist will deliver the final digital artwork files to the client as a PNG file.

Payment details:

  • I will only accept payments through PAYPAL.

  • The client will be sent an invoice after the initial sketch is approved.

  • The client must pay 50% of the total amount agreed upon to proceed with the commission. This is to ensure both parties will not have any worries regarding the completion of the commission such as being ’ghosted’ or ’scammed’ by either party. The remaining balance will be paid to receive the finalized artwork.

  • I will not send the final piece unless paid in full.

  • Strictly no refunds once I have already started the commission UNLESS I'm the one cancelling the project myself.

personal use

Clients may or may not:

  • MAY upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social channels but WITH PROPER CREDITS along with any of my social media platform's link.

  • MAY NOT profit from the commissioned artwork in any sort of way.

  • MAY NOT remove the watermark, alter, and edit the commissioned artwork without my consent.

  • MAY NOT use commissioned artwork for AI or in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, etc.
